I do have “jo time” days. Although it’s still a constant struggle for me to take planned days off. I swear that much of my so-called work ethic is guilt-fueled, and the only way I have to assuage the guilt is to work.
ANYWAY. A typical work day for me is often divided up into sections. I do a “breakfast section” where I work for awhile after I wake up. Sometimes from home, sometimes from a cafe, sometimes while watching netflix. I usually grab a nap sometime before or after lunch. (I take naps most every day. Sometimes I fall asleep, sometimes I just play solitaire on my ipod. It’s just brain-break, essenstially.) After I get up, I do another “lunch section” of worktime. In an ideal world, I won’t have to work much after 6pm, but I often do anyway. Regardless, I finish up for the day sometime after dinner, and then unwind by drawing fanart, working on craft projects, and yelling at the cats. I very often stay up way too late, hence the need for regular naps.
….
On a “jo time” day, I usually sleep too much, make more fanarts, touch the internet, and leave the house to go watch stupid movies with my friends. I really need to get more exercise.
